Questions & answers
Do all cars have to be booked together?
Yes. The group rates apply to a joint booking with one contact person for the same date and event. The contact person also receives a credit for bringing the group.
Can participants still pay individually?
Yes, on request – the contact person then receives an overview. Important: the group rates apply once all participants have confirmed their booking.
What if someone drops out and we fall below three cars?
Then the booking is adjusted to the regular price or the matching tier. Alternatively, a replacement driver can take the place.
Until when is the group price valid?
As long as places are available. We recommend that groups enquire early, especially for popular dates.
Can our group share a pit box?
Where possible, we are happy to arrange it. Simply mention “shared pit box” in your request.
