Gentlemen on Track - Trackdays for demanding drivers

The aim of participating in a Gentlemen on Track event is to improve your individual driving skills - not to achieve top speeds or lap times.

We take out organizer's liability insurance for every event. This includes the legally required participant liability in accordance with §5d PflVG. If you have your own participant liability insurance, this will be considered subordinate.

Participation at your own risk:
All participants (drivers, accompanying persons, helpers) take part in our events at their own risk and bear civil and criminal liability for any damage caused by them. By registering, you waive all claims against Gentlemen on Track, our instructors, the track operator, other participants and all persons entrusted with the organization.

This waiver of liability extends to all legal bases - in particular from contractual, tortious or other non-contractual claims.

Requirements & behavior:
By participating, you assure that you are in possession of a valid driving license for the respective vehicle class. This must be presented on request.
Participants who ignore the instructions of our instructors or violate safety regulations despite warnings may be excluded from the rest of the event.

During the entire event, seatbelts must be worn and the applicable track regulations must be strictly adhered to. Our events are expressly not races. The telemetry provided is for analysis purposes only - manipulation or reprogramming is prohibited.

Safety has top priority:
Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during the entire event. We reserve the right to exclude participants from driving if they are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs or have health restrictions.

Cancellation or termination:
We reserve the right to postpone, cancel or prematurely terminate an event for safety or organizational reasons. In the event of non-appearance or exclusion due to own fault, there is no entitlement to a refund.

Insurance & liability:
The person responsible is liable for any damage caused by participants to each other or to track property (e.g. crash barriers, pits, etc.). In the event of claims by third parties, the party responsible undertakes to reimburse costs against proof.

If instructors move a participant's vehicle on request, this is at the vehicle owner's own risk. Any liability on our part is excluded - except in cases of intent or gross negligence in the event of bodily injury.

Photo & video recordings:
Image and sound recordings are made during our events. By participating, you agree that this material may be used for documentation and marketing purposes.

Vehicle use for vehicles provided:
If Gentlemen on Track provides you with a vehicle, it may only be used within the scope of the event. Driving on public roads is only permitted after express instruction and on the direct route to the filling station.

Careful handling of the vehicle provided is obligatory. Participants are fully liable for any damage caused by them. Evidence is provided in the form of photo documentation and instructor's report. Vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance with an excess of between €10,000 and €25,000, depending on the model. This must be paid in the event of damage.

A replacement vehicle in the event of damage is not guaranteed. In the event of technical defects not caused by the participant, we will endeavor to replace the vehicle, but cannot guarantee this.
